- Number of individual email addresses to open email (unique openings)
- Number of times the email was accessed
- Links accessed by individual email addresses (unique click throughs)
- Number of times the link was accessed in total
- Numbers who elected to unsubscribe
- Reasons for unsubscribe
- Numbers who elected to subscribe since the previous email was sent
- Number of emails forwarded
The information is available 24 hours after the email has been sent. Our experience shows that on average 84% of the total unique openings will occur in the first 24 hours (range of 64% to 95%), so you have real information within 24 hours. No other communication method can provide you with the depth of information in such a short space of time.
To make this information user friendly, PLANNING RESULTS has developed purpose designed reports.
- PLANNING RESULTS FIVE DAY EMAIL REPORT - A daily report for five working days after the email is sent.
This provides information such as emails sent, bounces, emails delivered, unsubscriptions, subscriptions, unique openings of email, multiple openings of emails, average viewing, unique click thoughs and multiple click through.

- PLANNING RESULTS INDEPTH EMAIL REPORT - An customised in depth email analysis including analysis and recommendations.
Using benchmarks developed by PLANNING RESULTS and those available from the US, an analysis of the performance of your email and recommendations to enhance future campaigns. - PLANNING RESULTS CAMPAIGN REVIEW - A customised campaign review either when the campaign is completed or at a designated period of time.
It evaluates the campaign over the selected period and looks at various trends assessing the overall performance of the email campaign.
