In an effort to reduce costs a national association wants to send one email but the various state branches have a need to communicate with state specific information. Could one email cater to the needs of the organisation?

The key to the answer was the database. The database required one additional piece of information – the state.
The database information contains the following information:
- First Name
- Surname
- Organisation
- State
- Email address
Using this information PLANNING RESULTS designed a template which would contain a section for state information.
